• Listing Syndication Dashboard:
  • Full integration with Trulia - each time a listing is added your Trulia XML feed is automatically updated. You need to submit the feed 1 time to Trulia, and Trulia will check it every day thereafter.
  • Full integration with Zillow - each time a listing is added your Zillow XML feed is automatically updated. You need to submit the feed 1 time to Zillow, and Zillow will check it every day thereafter.
  • Full integration with Oodle / Lycos - each time a listing is added your Oodle XML feed is automatically updated. You need to submit the feed 1 time to Oodle, and Oodle will check it every day thereafter.
  • Full integration with Google Base - each time a listing is added your Google XML feed is automatically updated. Google does not allow automatic submission, so you need to sign up for a google account and submit the feed to Google. Instructions on how to do this are included.
  • Easy signup form for adding your listings to cyberhomes.com (they pull your listings from the MLS, not from your website).
  • Tool to generate listing flyer code for use on websites such as craigslist and ebay .
• RSS Listing Web Feeds:

If you missed your upgrade to version 2, don't worry! You can upgrade directly to version 3. Here are the new items that were featured in version 2, which are all present in version 3. If your control panel does NOT have the Search Engine Dashboard, but DOES support 20 photos per listing, then you currently have version 2.

• EZ Listing Module -  Florida Agents can now pull listing information directly from the Florida MLS simply by typing in the MLS number. The EZ Listing Module will automatically populate most of the fields for you, so you can save time when adding new listings to your website.

LiveHelp is a live customer support software for your site that enables visitors to communicate with you (or your sales representatives) in real time through web based chat. By delivering live support, your site visitors don't have to leave your website or wait for an email reply to get answers to their questions. They just click a live help button and are connected you or one of your customer service representatives. If you are online, a button on your site will automatically say "online". If you are offline, the button with say "offline" and ask visitors to leave you a message instead. Another great feature of LiveHelp: you can proactively invite visitors to chat with you. Using the software, you can see who is browsing your website in real time and invite them to chat with you!

Our Neighborhoods Module is an excellent way sell lifestyle and provides buyers with information that is not available in the MLS. Showcase an unlimited number of neighborhoods on your website, each with up to 20 photos. Our Neighborhoods Module allows prospects to request listings from the neighborhoods they preview at your web site. Also includes a separate section in your control panel to manage your neighborhoods.

Our Open Houses Module is included with our Office websites. If you have an office website and do not have the Open Houses module, you will need to upgrade to the newest version of the control panel in order to get this added to your site. There is no fee (other than the $50 control panel upgrade fee) to add this to your Office website. If you would like the Model Homes Module added to your Pro or Deluxe/Advanced website, we can set that up for a one time fee of $149. 13 professionally written "Reports On Demand" are included in our Agent Deluxe/Advanced & Office web site packages. A great lead generation tool, our Reports are instantly available to anyone who requests them - you don't have to do anything! If someone requests a report, you will receive their name, email address and any other info they chose to submit.

Reports On Demand are free for Agent Deluxe/Advanced Websites & Office Websites. Please email your customer service representative if you would like to add the Reports On Demand to your website.
 

The Relocation Information Page / Form is included with our Office websites. If you have an office website and do not have the Relocation Information Page / Form, you will need to upgrade to the newest version of the control panel in order to get this added to your site. If you would like the Relocation Information Page / Form added to your Pro or Deluxe/Advanced website, we can set that up for a one time fee of $99.
